Photo from the banks of the Salton Sea looking over a very green algae bloom. It looks so deceiving over the piles of fish bones and into the lake which looks very beautiful. Unless you are sinking in the bones, algae in your shoes, and the wind is blowing up that horrible toxic smell! But it is one of my favorite places on earth! While taking this photo and doing some field recording, there were children playing on an old recliner sitting on the very end of the "beach".
